Excelente Positive: Excelente

The cleanliness and hygiene of the house can really be improved. There’s dusts and dirt on the couch and bed, spider web Positive: The location is pretty good. Negative: The cleanliness could have been improved.

Contacted owner and she had toilet and shower repaired. Positive: Location,close to station and St Albans Negative: Grubby, stained sheets down stairs, stained sofa, broken toilet seat and shower head. No hairdryer but owner agreed for us to buy one but not convenient.

Okay, but not great. Positive: Central location. All rooms ensuite. Negative: Cold. People constantly walk past front room window, so very little privacy. Blinds would help. Limited crockery and cutlery, which were not very clean.

Very underwhelmed by the whole experience and won't be returning again. Positive: The location was fairly central. It was good to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Negative: The first impressions of the property was terrible with overflowing bins...it looked like a squat, although after complaining the host did get the rubbish removed, the broken toilet seat in one of the bathrooms, the dust/general detritus on nthe skirting boards/under the sofa, the very small & uncomfortable sofa, the very small dining table, the very narrow entrance into the hall/lounge. We were also not aware that there was an additional car parking charge of £50 & when I suggested to the host they could have reduced the hefty price by that amount as a gesture of Christmas goodwill, it fell on deaf ears! There was not even a bottle of water in the fridge or a welcome pack until I complained & then the host did order some items for me on deliveroo. It would have been nice to have had more consideration and forethought especially over the Christmas period and as we paid top price for the property. All in all very disappointing for what we paid.
